Anastasia Alexandrou opened her new shop this year in Nicosia establishing her self as a mainstream brand in Cyprus! She will present a sample collection this year AW2016/17 at Fashion First on the 6th of November at Famagusta Gate Nicosia!
” I have studied in Latvia with a continuing degree in Germany with a major in Fashion Design / Tailoring &Textile Art. I have been working as a designer in Cyprus for the past 6 years participating in over 10 fashion shows and TV presentations. I have opened my first shop this year 2016 and have certain collections available in other shops in Nicosia over various periods. I like to create my collections based on inspirations deriving from my many travels around the world. Each collection thus is created uniquely each time as I like to use different techniques combined together such as crochet / silk painting / knitting / hand embroidery and waving. Lastly I always try to find a balance between couture & commercial women’s wear so as to be affordable and appealing to everyone. “A happy and smiling customer makes it all worth while “.

Fashion First is a new concept of Fashion Presentation event that aims:
– The presentation of Fashion Designers’ work to the general public, press & buyers
– The creation of a strong Network and the exchange of Information on the Fashion Creation industry
– To be the highest profile fashion designers showcase in Cyprus
