2. HOW DID I START MY CAREER AND MY FIRST STEPS
When I met the Emeritus Professor of Fine Art Mr. Panagiotis Tetsis in Athens 2007 he helped me to see art as a way of expressing myself which I never thought possible. In looking at my artwork, though they were small drawings and paintings at that time as i was just beginner then, a bright future so he convinced me to take it to the professional level.
3. MY ARTWORK AIMS
There are no limitations.
There are ways to express yourself, even for people that find it harder to do so .
And depending on the subject ..My subject is Daily Life. What I am trying to convey is that no matter what is going on everyday, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, meaning that at the end, you will always survive, overcome and carry on.
4. MY BIGGEST INFLUENCE
My mother who gave me my beautiful gift and she was my inspiration throughout although she had passed away from illness when I was 17. She always remains in my heart and it is because of her that I took on art.
5. PROUD ARTWORK AND WHY?
“The Chaos -2017” is my proudest piece. Now seating at the entrance of Alexander Collage University of the West of England in Larnaca as it was bought by the Director of the University. It is an outstanding work of art and it took 3 months to create so I feel attached to it for personal reasons.
6. CURRENT TRENDS
Abstract/Expressionism/Contemporary
7. WHAT I LIKE ABOUT MY WORK
After research on other artists, I realised that the difference is how you place and show yourself within your paintings. So what I like about my work is that I show myself exactly as i want every time …innocent, vulnerable and a pure soul.
8. NAVIGATION OF THE ART WORLD
I see the art world changing in many ways through the years and with it of course, my own art too. It changes peoples’ lives along with it as it touches people depending on what a person is looking for. Following its path can be tricky but can provide an exceptional future. But I don’t just see it as a way of living. It is our lives and souls shown through our artwork that guides, teaches or to inspires the whole world.
9. HOW DO I PRICE MY ART WORK
Time spent/ Material spent/ Finishing Touches
Feeling of infinite. No Limitations
10. MY PROFESSION IN 5 WORDS
Vision /Abstract /Contemporary/ Fine Art
